7 Days Return and Exchange Policy

1) Return Period: We offer a generous return window of 7 days from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to inspect your purchase and initiate a return if necessary.

2) Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or exchange, The item must be unused, non damage, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3) Complain Submission:

3) Damage/Missing Item Claim

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • To expedite the resolution process, we require a parcel unboxing video, along with a video of the damaged or missing item. 

4) Refund Time Frame: 

  • Upon inspection and approval of your return item by our team, the refund will be processed within 48 working Hours 
  • You will be informed via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
