3) Damage/Missing Item Claim
- In the event of receiving a damaged or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- To expedite the resolution process, we require a parcel unboxing video, along with a video of the damaged or missing item.
4) Refund Time Frame:
- Upon inspection and approval of your return item by our team, the refund will be processed within 48 working Hours
- You will be informed via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
